When Evan’s treasure hunt crosses paths with Cam’s investigation, passion and danger ignite. Cam is forced to confront both the real and psychological demons from his years undercover to find the true treasure buried beneath.

Debbie Baldwin is a successful print media and television writer. Besides, She is a graduate of Princeton University and the University of Virginia School of Law.

Buried Beneath Review:
“Buried Beneath” is a beautiful continuation of the Bishop Security series and focuses on Cam and Evan. It is my favorite in the series till now.
The author wrote the characters wonderfully. I loved Cam in the lead as the newest member of Bishop Security. Cam is probably the most dynamic character in the tale, and I felt it was a breath of fresh air to the series. We also see our old favorite back like Nathan Bishop, Calliope, Steady, and Tox. What’s nice about the series, in general, is that the author brings in a unique story to make it stand out from the others yet keeps the theme consistent amongst them.
Similarly, the author paces the story nicely and includes elements that make it stand out. For instance, I loved reading about the details of Evan’s cave exploration and the mysterious markers she noticed for Dr. Emberton. Even Altas and Gemini are intriguing, and one of my favorite moments was when Cam meets them for the first time. The author also adds sinister people like Musgrave, and you wonder how far he will go with his plan.
Moreover, let’s not forget the romance. The author has a beautiful talent for writing romance in a crime fiction thriller, and Cam and Evan did not disappoint. Both of them have contrasting personalities, and I loved how they got entangled together in the adventure. Similarly, I enjoyed Nathan’s side story revolving around Emily’s pregnancy as it was a nice break from the high intense plot.
Overall, “Buried Beneath” is a stunning continuation of the series, and I hope the author continues to write more surrounding Bishop Security.
