He only has eyes for her…

Chloe needs to get her life back on track after the collapse of her marriage. So when she meets handsome, charismatic Danny on a night out, she is open to seeing what develops.

It should be normal, exciting, boy-meets-girl but something about Danny is…off. He’s a little too interested, a little too intense. So she doesn’t give him her number. End of story.

But Danny isn’t going anywhere. He pursues Chloe with a determination that frightens her, ignoring her warnings to leave her alone. He invades every corner of her world, makes every effort to get between her and Tom, a friend who could be more.

Chloe finds herself in the fight of her life as she realizes that Danny is deadly serious about his  promise that they will be together – at any cost.

And with Tom and Chloe growing closer, her fear for her new man only escalates as she struggles to answer one terrifying question – how far will Danny go to get what he wants?

You’re Not Alone – the stunning psychological thriller perfect for fans of Freida McFadden, K.L. Slater and Daniel Hurst.

 You’re Not Alone Review:

“You’re Not Alone” is a twisty suspense thriller that shows how obsession could drive a person insane, and it was a fun read!

While I hate to admit it, Danny was the show’s star. Without him, the book would not be so gripping. The guy is so obsessed with Chloe that seeing how far he will go in her life is fun. Poor Chloe, on the other hand, tries her best to get away from Danny, but he always seems to be one step ahead of her. Seeing what tactics Danny used to make sure people spoke of Chloe was fun. Some of my favorite moments are when Danny comes inside Chloe’s house or when he shows up in the club and meets her friends.

The author adds quite a few twists and turns that I did not expect. Moreover, the story stood apart because of the surprising twist towards the end that I did not expect. Chloe was a doormat throughout the tale, but there were moments when even she surprised me. I also liked how the author progressed with her and Tom’s relationship amidst all the chaos.

Perhaps the only downside to the tale is that it staggered in the middle. The story starts and ends well but drags a bit in between, where we see a loop of Danny trying to get to Chloe and Chloe avoiding him and telling him to go away. The book would have been perfect if the author had added a few more surprises to keep up with the pace.

Overall, “You’re not Alone” is a fun thriller with unexpected twists.
