This movie was just ridiculous in so many levels that I don’t know where to begin. The main problem with zero is its plot. When I saw the 2nd half, it felt like I was watching something completely different from the first half. The story just goes all over the place, and it is so unbelievable.
Secondly, there are just so many loopholes that don’t make any sense. The movie makes it look like just anyone can become an astronaut and into an important space mission launch program without any experience needed, which I think is insulting to the actual scientists working in NASA. The characters are also so unrealistic that you cannot root for them. Moreover, Bauua seems to get anywhere he wants without any trouble at all, whether he has to just pick up a flight to the US in business class, or enroll in a space program, or even break into his daughter’s house to spend time with her. He is super rich to throw money to strangers even though he looks like he is from a middle class family.
